When everyone can build: The platform behind 1000 citizen-built app

Every organization has a long tail of small problems that never reach a tech roadmap - the people closest to them can't build, and none alone justifies engineering time. In aggregate, that tail is a huge drag on productivity. There's a second cost too: major initiatives travel from high-level slides to a sea of tickets, with the real experience only assembled at the end. SIXT tackles both. By pairing AI tools with a platform built for hands-off deployment and sharing, non-technical employees became builders - shipping nearly 1,000 solutions since March, while stakeholders now prototype the experience they want, removing ambiguity and setting clear targets up front.
