Tom Finch is an accomplished Solution Engineering leader with deep expertise in cloud-native security and software supply chain protection. He currently leads the EMEA Solution Engineering team at Chainguard, where he works closely with customers to architect and deploy secure, minimal container environments that reduce risk and streamline operations.

Before joining Chainguard, Tom was a key member of Wiz’s Solution Engineering team during a period of rapid expansion across EMEA region. He regularly presented at events like AWS Summit London, demoing Wiz’s cloud security platform and guiding organisations through complex cloud-native security transformations. His hands-on, consultative approach helped bridge technical and business objectives, winning trust among engineering and security leadership alike.
