sLate last year, I was a part of a large-scale platform adoption effort similar to GE's Predix strategy: A platform so good it could be sold to partners and customers.
Sounds like a dream, but it was far from it.
Along the way, I mapped out the early discovery, plans, context, options and a clear future state landscape to guide a growing group of business and tech leaders.
