He currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at ClearRoute, overseeing deliveries to clients in London, Australia, Bulgaria, and India.

Previously, Sarndeep held senior leadership positions as Head of Delivery and Solutions Architect at ECS in London, where he spearheaded key digital initiatives for high-profile clients including BP, NatWest, and Vodafone. His deep expertise in platform engineering, particularly in the ‘route to live’ process, was further refined during his tenure as Delivery Director at QAWorks, where he established and led a high-performing Agile continuous testing department. Additionally, Sarndeep contributed as an Architect on major projects for BP and News International.

Earlier in his career, Sarndeep held roles at BSkyB, Channel 4, and the BBC, focusing on automation across a wide array of high-profile platforms.
