Rashmi's multifaceted experience includes helping customers embrace legacy modernization, cloud strategy, SaaS product engineering, RPA, and AI/ML solutions.

Leading the Enterprise Modernization, Platforms, and Cloud (EMPC) service line at Thoughtworks India, Rashmi is responsible for differentiated service offerings, GTM strategy, partnerships, thought leadership, and demand generation in the area of application modernization and cloud strategy.

A TEDx speaker, avid reader, blogger, and quantum computing enthusiast, Rashmi is passionate about women leadership and has been instrumental in setting up and mentoring women leadership programs throughout her career.
