Ralf is the founder and CEO of Logilica, a software engineering intelligence company with a mission to create more effective software organisations. Ralf has held senior and executive roles with software enterprises and in R&D organisations. He is a frequent international speaker, passionate traveler and author, with more than 50 publications. Ralf holds a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Kiel, Germany.
