Nils Hyoma is a professional Agile coach at MHP – A Porsche Company, where he leverages his background in business informatics and consulting to guide both local and international teams. A graduate of Hamburg University, Nils combines his experience in developer roles with a deep understanding of Agile methodologies to help teams build self-reliant units focused on customer satisfaction. He also brings a diverse academic background, having studied Japanese, international business, and informatics in both Hiroshima and Hamburg. Outside of work, Nils is an avid amateur water polo player and a lifelong team sports enthusiast.
