Christopher Condo is a Principal Analyst with Forrester’s Technology  Architecture and Delivery service. He supports application development and delivery leaders and professionals. His research covers all aspects of software engineering, with a focus on AI-powered software development, software engineering analytics, DevOps, and engineering operating models.

A former software engineering practitioner, Chris has held various positions throughout his career, including contributing to the creation of Microsoft Office 365 during his tenure at Microsoft. Currently, he assists Forrester’s clients in navigating engineering reorganization and transformation, modernizing engineering tools, developing platforms, and measuring and improving the impact of AI on software development practices.
