As the host of the Self-Hosted podcast on Jupiter Broadcasting, he dives into the world of Linux, self-hosting, and open-source home automation. He’s also the author of PerfectMediaServer.com, a YouTuber (@ktzsystems), and a co-founder of LinuxServer.io.

Originally from the UK, Alex now lives in Raleigh, NC, with his wife, their delightfully boisterous 4-year-old, and their dog, Arch(ie)—named after his favorite Linux distribution. When he's not geeking out over networking and infrastructure, you can find him indulging his recovering VW Golf obsession or hitting the track, often at VIR.
