Platform as agents of enterprise improvement

In 2016 Walmart Labs' CTO implemented a strategy to improve business goals and engineering excellence, by challenging every team to move to daily delivery. In this talk we'll discuss the platform's central role in implementing that strategy, and why only providing better tools alone would have failed. We’ll also provide tips and warnings for others looking to use platforms to improve delivery.
