Everyone agrees on the fundamental role of a proper platform in any business intending to succeed and thrive in today’s world. Right? But what if… you have a vision for The Perfect Platform™, but your team is flooded with unplanned work, support requests, and Everything Else™; leaving little to no time to build it?        

Refactoring your pipelines and infrastructures into a well-designed platform is a major undertaking in itself, but getting people to change can be even trickier.        

In this talk, I will share with you some behind-the-scenes glimpses at how our small DevOps team is approaching platform building, such as:
